About Me

I’m a UX Researcher with a social sciences background from UC Berkeley and 8+ years of experience leading research projects for a variety of companies, from sustainability start-ups to global enterprises. My work ranges from helping small companies with a dearth of data to large-scale, mature digital product portfolios. In the process of this work, I have gained a nuanced perspective on how to bring appropriate methods to bear given any level of context. I create impact by uncovering customer pain points, validating opportunities through rigorous analysis, and translating insights into clear strategies that drive product growth, inclusivity, and innovation. I do not stick to a one-size-fits-all solution set, proposing a range of people, process, automation, or bespoke improvements, depending on what the research reveals.

My Approach

I believe research is most powerful when it blends rigor with storytelling. Whether I’m leading interviews, synthesizing data, or facilitating workshops, my goal is to advocate for users and translate findings into insights that drive products forward. I prioritize building strong relationships with stakeholders-earning trust, fostering collaboration, and ensuring research isn’t just delivered, but acted upon.

How I approach UX Research is inseparable from UX Strategy. As I plant each study, I do not lose sight of the forest.

Outside of Work

Beyond research, I invest in my local community and the people I care about. I find balance through yoga, cycling, and time with loved ones. I nurture my creativity through art and hands-on projects. I am currently learning wheel-throwing pottery. I’m an avid reader with an endless curiosity, always looking for new ways to grow, learn, and connect.
